Support
As part of our work against violence against women and children, the nia project offers support and help for women involved in / wishing to exit prostitution. Dedicated workers provide individual casework and support on a range of issues, including housing, health issues, debt management, mental health, substance misuse, benefits, parenting issues and access to the legal justice system We will accept self-referrals, as well as referrals from the police and other agencies.
At the nia project, we work to support women exiting prostitution as part of a safe and appropriate response to violence against women, and we acknowledge and celebrate the strength of women who are, above all else, survivors.
